Responsibilities
Develop document plans, style guides, content specifications, information mapping, online help, manuals, processes, proposals and reports.
Follow a documentation process to create high quality document

Conduct an audience analysis to identify the needs of the users, interview subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and determine the format of the document.
Document the individual systems and how they interact and work together to accomplish business objectives.
The individual will modify Wiki pages for CONFLUENCE. -
Write and Edit engineering documentation: copyedits and occasional rewrites. Apply Confluence macros to facilitate navigation, referencing, page economy.

Strong technical writing experience of more than 7 years
Good with diagrams -
Skills on Omnigraffle would be good -not mandatory
Ability to carry out API documentation would be good to have.
Able to work with cross functional teams , strong communication skills
Omnigraffle- NOT Mandatry
• Edit engineering diagrams to conform to industry standard layouts and applications. (Sometimes I end up completely reworking entire diagrams.)
• Create network diagrams and flow diagrams. Requires some understanding of networking, software, or real experience processes.
