HiWire has been engaged to find a stellar VP of Engineering for an exciting, VC-funded early-stage startup doing great things in consumer search. We are seeking outstanding candidates with successful startup experience and proven ability to build and manage high-performance engineering teams.
Primary requirements include:
>> Previous startup experience at the VP or Director level and the energy and passion for helping drive another early-stage company to success
>> Significant engineering experience in one or more of the following areas: consumer-facing Internet, search, ad networks and mobile
>> Successful experience putting appropriate, lightweight engineering processes in place
>> Inspiring leader with proven ability to attract great people and build an outstanding group around the values of strong teamwork, communication and collaboration
>> BS CS degree or comparable work experience
>> San Francisco Bay Area mid-Peninsula location; no relocation available
