SaaS Implementation Engineer
As an Implementation Engineer, you will be assisting new and existing PowerReviews clients during implementation of our various social commerce solutions. You will also work closely across teams internally (Project Management, Support, Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Engineering) to better support clients, remain on top of product enhancements, answer pre-sales queries, and troubleshoot software bugs. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with teammates and clients, learn new technologies quickly, problem solve, and multitask in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot client configurations
• Analyze data feeds (delimited and XML)
• Provide technical implementation guidance
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Meet deadlines for client specific implementation needs
• Understand PowerReviews products both functionally and technically
• Deliver implementations in a fast-paced environment with varying timelines
• Keep up-to-date with all new features, functions, business issues and implementation options
• Contribute to the evolutionary growth of implementation infrastructure by developing and/or updating material, tools and programs
Requirements
• HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML knowledge
• Outstanding communication skills
• Previous client facing experience
• Knowledge of Unix environments
• Bachelors Degree, preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
