Business Analyst – Finance Function, Reporting, BI Experience
Rate: up to $55/hr on Corp to Corp ; adjusted rate on W2.
Start: Immediate; potentially long term contract.
Local Candidates please : No Relocation is offered

This Business Analyst will be working as part of project team, responsible for capturing the requirements, working with IT and other cross functional teams through the development, testing and deployment of planned changes, enhancements or new functionalities. Supporting teams with necessary reporting while leverage the BI tools.

Requirement:

• Must have: 3 years minimum as a BA/PM with hands on experience in authoring BRD/FRD, Business process design / mapping.
• Strong skills in As-is/to-be Business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation
• Experience with cross-functional team and work on major cross-functional impacting projects.
• Must have sound communications and analytical skills
• Oracle Financial experience desired, Good presentation skills, good data analytics.
• Hands on experience with Business objects / Essbase , BI tools
• Finance background / functional knowledge highly desired [ Bookings, Revenue , Expense etc]
• Candidates with Hi-tech /networking industry experience with background in Finance functions may receive stronger consideration; however candidates with other industry backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in working with IT ; coordinating business testing, executing test cases, issue reporting and management
• Effectively communicate the status of projects and escalate issues as appropriate
• Engagement with change management and release management as needed
• Finance experience, MBA preferred
