Apollo Marketing's Senior Integrated Project Manager will oversee the development and delivery of Apollo's advertising initiatives, while maintaining our process development and best practices. The Sr. Integrated Project Manager will report to the Director of Project Management.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Project-based Work
o Assess, prepare, and manage all project documents including project scopes, timing, work effort and established budget through the project life cycle for creative development thru delivery of advertising projects. This includes all media types such as; online advertising, direct (e-mail) marketing, print, OOH, web development, and/or viral campaigns.
o Responsible for managing fiscal production budgets.
o Communicate roles & responsibilities of internal and consultant team members for each project.
o Day-to-day management of inter-disciplinary project teams, third-party technology and media vendors, and client IT partners as appropriate through all phases of the project life cycle.
o Facilitate effective processes, workflows and internal collaboration across all media disciplines, cross-channel production centers and multiple agencies.
o Utilize proactive project planning to anticipate and minimize project risk assessment and resolutions management for project related issues.
o Responsible for ensuring successful internal team communications for all projects and deliverables.
o General project administration including asset gathering, confirmation of legal approvals and usage rights and coordination of delivery management.
o Provide technical expertise – ability to describe various technologies, including project-specific opportunities, dependencies and limitations – across all interactive mediums (e.g., banners, rich media, emails, landing pages, microsites, etc.).
A. Mentorship and Training
o Responsible for work allocations and project assignments for up to 4 Project Managers.
o Serve as mentor to Project Managers dedicated to line of business.
o Participate in the training of Project Managers on all development processes and procedures and technical depth skills.
B. Professional Training and Development
o Work on continuously improving professional skills set as related to the responsibilities noted above through relevant training and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented professional with an ability to juggle multiple projects and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Solutions-driven self-starter with the confidence and initiative to make things happen.
• Responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing client needs.
• Capable of leading inter-disciplinary teams on small to mid-scale digital projects across various clients and/or lines of business.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of team members at all levels of the organization.
• Must have strong conflict resolution, facilitation and problem solving skills.
• Should be an excellent communicator, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, FTP, etc.).
• General understanding of the capabilities and limitations of programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
