Agile Software Developer
Location: Santa Monica or San Francisco, CA

As a Software Developer you will be playing a crucial role in the design, development, & delivery of a wide range of web applications. You will work on small, collaborative teams with other seasoned pros.
We are always exploring new technologies, tools & techniques & want you to do the same. Continually learning, adopting & inventing new tools & techniques is a requirement for your (& our) success. For experienced Java developers, cross-training on to Rails is a key component of this opportunity.

Qualified candidates will have:

Java &/or Ruby on Rails web development exp.
Rich browser-based development experience (JavaScript/AJAX, HTML, CSS)
5+ years professional software development experience
BA/BS Computer Science or a technical/quantitative degree
Solid communication & collaboration skills
High interest in learning & adopting new tools & techniques
Experience with agile tools & techniques including TDD, refactoring, continuous integration & deployment

Also desired is:
Consulting experience
Experience leading software teams

Locations
San Francisco - Downtown
Los Angeles - Marina Del Rey
