Smaato is a pioneering mobile advertising company and a leader in ad network mediation with over 40 Ad Sales network partners globally to service mobile publishers who have signed up with Smaato. Smaato provides mobile advertising technology and services for mobile developers and mobile web content owners and currently delivers mobile advertising in over 200 countries.
The company is looking for an SDK Support Engineer with great understanding of the major mobile platforms (iPhone, Android, WRT, QT, Blackberry, Symbian & WebOS) and is comfortable to work with Sales and Clients Services from the pre-sales cycle through closing, integration and launch of mobile publishers. The SDK Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving customer facing questions and technical issues by working closely with Engineering, Ad Operations and Product Management.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales Team on the sales acquisition by providing technical sales support
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations & demonstrations to customers and to engineering team
• Document technical requirements
• Assist in technical RFP's
• Provide technical support to customers by facilitating resolution of SDK issues by coordinating communication and issue resolution with Engineering, AdOps and Product Management
• Provide sales with relevant mobile platform news and analysis

Qualifications:
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands on experience with the following programming languages: HTML, C++, Java, JavaScript. Helpful if you are familiar with: SQL, PHP, JSP, and C#
• Hands on experience with WRT, QT, Blackberry & Symbian.
• Helpful with any of the following (You will be working with a number of these): iPhone, Blackberry, Android, Windows Mobile & Windows Mobile 7
• Experience with and understanding of ad servers is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in client/partner facing environments with various technical and non-technical teams
• Good comprehension of customer's requirement, good business presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and comfortable working with German technical team
• Able to work with multiple time zones (Early AM meetings & PM Meetings)
• Hands-on mentality and able to communicate fluently in English in both verbal and written communication
