The role is to design and implement new process changes in the organization to drive better quality, customer experience, speed of resolution and productivity. The process designer will lead projects to re-engineer processes to meet organizational objectives and drive efficiency in the operations. The process designer will need to partner with various teams in the organization to ensure buy-in to process changes prior to implementation.
- Conduct as-is analysis of processes
- Design to-be processes
- Document processes in Visio at varying levels of granularity
- Document work instructions
- Execute & operationalize process improvements within the operations
- Partner with team members to design and re-engineer processes that enable the organizational objectives and align to the operating model design and end state customer/ partner experience
- Partner with team members to identify opportunities to improve efficiency & quality of in process execution with integrated data or system capabilities
- Identify and execute quick wins, and complete deliverables associated with tollgate reviews as part of the project lifecycle
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure buy-in for to-be processes/work instructions
- Determine cost/benefit (ROI) for process improvements and be able to measure the results
- Apply the Project Lifecycle methodology and complete deliverables to ensure project passes tollgate reviews
- Apply Next Generation Change Leadership Framework to manage change with stakeholders
Approval/Signoff on work will be done by Business Lead and/or project manager
