The Digital Media Representative will play a vital role in Digital Media and will assist Digital Media Managers with day-to-day management of key Partners (primarily Online Lead Generation players). The position will work closely with other Apollo Marketing business units, Technical designers, Product Marketing and Brand Strategy to support various online campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and maintain production schedule for upcoming online marketing campaigns.
2. Manage monthly contract cycles.
3. Monitor and escalate production and delivery issues to Digital Media Account Managers.
4. Quality control and provide necessary troubleshooting of creative and technical issues.
5. Gather key performance metrics, interpret data, provide regular reports and develop recommendations based on various analyses.
6. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss marketing campaigns and present analysis and recommendations as they relate to various partners.
7. Identify and measure key performance metrics for online media spend, particularly with Lead Generation Partners.
8. Will be expected to learn and understand Digital Media as it relates to different products and schools within University of Phoenix.
9. Play an active role in departmental presentations by gathering necessary statistics and studying industry and competitive trends.
10. Perform ad hoc business analysis for the Indirect (Affiliate Management) team.
11. Provide reports and dashboards to include trending, analysis, and recommendations.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent training and experience.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required.
Familiarity with online marketing management systems and internet media business models is a plus.
Experience in Internet advertising (including affiliate management) is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to perform complex analyses.
Self-motivated, deadline-driven, ability to support multiple projects at a time.
