We have been in business 6 years and we are growing and developing a community of top HR Consultants - a network of friends and professionals to share expertise, leverage skill sets and have fun. We provide full-service HR support to small and mid-size businesses across the Bay Area. We deliver strategic and tactical HR solutions to help our clients build breakthrough organizations.
We are seeking HR Consultants to manage client relationships and provide long term comprehensive administrative support. Candidates should have experience in a variety of functional areas of HR to include new hire process, termination process, benefit administration, payroll, retirement plan administration, workers compensation, COBRA administration and leave of absence administration.
Proven customer service skills and excellent influencing skills are required. PHR or SPHR Certification is preferred. This is an ideal position for an HR Professional who wants to join a spirited team to be the trusted advisor for a client while working consistently for 1 or 2 days each week. This position, located in Pleasanton, CA, requires travel to client sites local to your area and one monthly meeting in Pleasanton.
