Job Summary:
This is a senior level Lead Quality Assurance and Test Engineer professional within the Platform group supporting the Cloud and Virtualization activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and designs a Quality Assurance program and an Implementation plan for cloud based platforms and browser / mobile based applications. The program and plan will include processes, applications, testing practices and related activities
Create and/or use existing testing frameworks to create automated tests suites for several application environments (development, integration, production).
Contributes and offers recommendations for the continuous improvement of the products and services
Prepares related reports
Essential Job Requirements (Minimum education and experience for the job):
Bachelor´s degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of related quality assurance program and test engineering experience with a high tech company, including software development background
Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Cloud technologies and Virtualization principles and practices
Demonstrated business communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Possesses a high sense of integrity and ethical principles, customer orientation and attention to details
Direct experience developing automated test frameworks for continuous integration execution, as well as automated tests for production SaaS applications
