Job Responsibilities:
# Stakeholder Analysis - Conduct interviews and develop separate Stakeholder Analysis for:
-APAC (Regional level)
-India
-China
# Training Material Assessment - Evaluate current training materials: determine what exists, what needs to be revised and what needs to be created., recommendations for training delivery
# Agent Design Validation Session Coordination (AVT) -Central liaison for coordinating AVT session
# Communication Plan Development - Evaluate current communications: determine what vehicles/materials/staff exist to determine what can be leveraged; develop plan incorporating stakeholder feedback
# Change Management work plan -Document that outlines the change management work plan and resource needs
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of experience with Change Management
Experience with leading effort for organization change
Experience with evaluating and crating training materials
Experience with Project Management
Experience with cross functional coordination
