Highly motivated Senior Technical Project Manager will have demonstrated experience in the area of complex, multi-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed datacenter and enterprise wide infrastructure deployments working with all stakeholder groups including finance/budgetary mgmt, architecture, engineering, operations and vendors. The ideal candidate will have Strong oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.

You will provide Project Management of large-scale datacenters, system/storage/security infrastructure, networking, virtualization at multiple scales. This role manages complex schedules and multimillion dollar budgets.

Ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large scale technical projects in a rapidly changing industry, be able to tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem leadership, creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

•Manage multiple, simultaneous datacenter and infrastructure projects from inception through completion; TTO(Transfer To Operations)
•Support new engineering standards, experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing company infrastructure.
•Responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer´s needs and timelines.
•End to end technical project management responsibility from initiation, budgeting, build, test to deployment including TTO(Transfer To Operations)
•Demonstrated superior performance in resolving highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines, quality and costs
•Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings and make formal project reports and presentations to various senior level audiences.


Requirements:

•Must have good knowledge of IT infrastructure technology including servers, storage, network, database, backup, security, virtualization, cloud computing and monitoring (system, database, network, security, virtualized resources).
•Understanding of Infrastructure capacity planning, budgeting and strategies.
•Preferred to have the engineering or operations background of some of IT infrastructure technology.
•Experience with large scale datacenter build/migration/decommission with a good understanding of data center procedures, equipment/environments, including data center design, architecture, switch gears, generators, UPS, HVAC, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems and working understanding of start up/commissioning processes is preferred.
•Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the price negotiation, procurement and SLA.
•Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering of business and technology, engineering resources, task prioritization, budgets and scheduling.
•Ability to adjust to ones audience
•Establishing confidence in being predictable, consistent and reliable
•Improve quality of Requirements gathering as one of the first steps for enhancing predictable project delivery
•Improve budget management of IT projects
•Proven track record of achieving objectives on schedule, with high quality and within budget.
•Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
•Motivates team members, facilitates team meetings and make formal project reports and presentations to various senior level audiences.
•Strong analytical, creative, detail oriented, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. Clear focus under pressure.
•Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.
•Proven capability in effectively managing the product-life-cycle and its financial impacts.
•Set strategic direction of the project with in-depth evaluation of various factors and lead the team for the high quality and cost effective delivery.
•Experience with compliance of the industry standards and requirements including SOX.
