Job Title Temporary Contracts Administrator
Duties
- Provide contract administration of various agreements and legal documents.
- Duties include interfacing with various internal functional groups (e.g., finance, engineering, product management, procurement, facilities, etc.) and maintaining records in a contract management database.
- Create contract profiles and manage agreement life cycle in Contract Management System (CMS).
- Clerical duties includes but not limited to data entry, preparing agreements for scanning, filing hard copy agreements as well as electronic copies on the Legal Share Drive.
Skills
- Excellent reading, writing and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skill set including ability to interact with senior management and present information in a clear and concise format.
- Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, proficiency on PC with web-based applications, and with general office automation tools including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Location:- Sunnyvale, CA
Duration:- 1+ Month
