Web Architect
WhiteHat Security is looking for an experienced Web Architect to work on our web applications. As a Web Architect, you will be working side by side with other UI developers/designers and server developers on our application security products. You will play an integral role in the overall design of our applications software and the frameworks that serve as its foundation. You will have daily interactions with our product, IT, and QA teams. 
This opportunity is located at our Santa Clara, CA office.
Job Requirements
• Must have solid 8+ years of experience building web applications in a fast paced development environment with lightweight requirements and minimal UI direction
• Prefer experience with specifying software development practices and defining development tools for development teams
• Must have experience in defining new platforms as well as refactoring and streamlining existing ones
• Must have solid algorithm development and analysis skills in OOD/OOP paradigms
• Must have experience representing large data sets in intuitive interfaces
• Must have strong knowledge of Web 2.0 languages and frameworks like HTML, CSS, AJAX, JS, JSON, XML, and jQuery
• Must have experience working with web services and with REST or WSDL API's
• Experience with Knockout.js, Backbone.js, or SproutCore is a plus
• Experience with Flash or Flex is a plus
• Experience with content management systems and localization is a plus
• Prefer experience with Linux, VMware, JIRA, SVN, and Apache
• Familiarity with Mason templating and with Perl or Python is a plus
