Title: UNICA – IT ANALYST
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ months contract, renewed quarterly
Role and Deliverables
• Perform IT analysis for a new implementation of Unicas Campaign product
• Understand business requirements
• Perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions for addressing gaps
• Write functional specifications documents
• Work with technical team to translate functional specifications to technical design documents
• Transfer knowledge to test and production support teams
Skills and Experience
• Understanding Marketing automation business processes and operations.
• Previous enterprise implementation experience with Unica Affinium Campaign & configuration is a must.
• Experience in implementing or integrating toolsets that support the web marketing channel (such as Omniture´s Test & Target) is highly desired.
• Solid communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle database, Data Modeling, and SQL.
