Job Title QA Engineer

Duties:-
-End-to-end test planning and execution for new and regression features. This includes requirement analysis, review of functional specifications, creating assertions and appropriate test plan and test cases and make sure they are run as product enters into QA
-Log software anomalies as defects and verify them upon resolution
-Representing QA in bug-scrub meetings and helping prioritizing the defects
-Work with the manager to train junior team members on product, technologies and QA processes
-Work with support and customer escalation teams to help prioritize the escalations to be included in the next GA release
-Work with Shared Engineering Services team for I18n and L10n planning and execution
-Help manager achieving the desired automation targets/results for the team

Skills:-
-3+ years testing or supporting third party applications in a client-server environment
-Good understanding of QA policies and procedures specifically what are deliverables at different stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-Ability to work on multiple Operating Systems including Windows, Mac OS X and Linux
-Good understanding of different hardware platforms and configurations
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Server
-Self motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to broadly understand product and company goals and rapidly accomplish test planning and execution

Education
-Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years software QA experience

Duration:- 6+ Months
