Position Summary:
The IT Technical Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting the systems integration and database development of all the Enterprise Business Systems. This person will be responsible for interacting directly with business users, Business Analysts and Infrastructure team to gather and clarify integration requirements and translate requirements into system functionality, integration processes and database requirements. Additionally, position will perform hands on database administration, Integration configurations and system administration. Position requires knowledge and experience with enterprise applications integration tools, database development and data warehouse design, development and reporting. Candidates will interact with IT and business personnel of all levels and should have strong business acumen and technical know-how. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast paced environment and have a strong desire to grow skills and responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Application Integration Development, Support and Administration
• System Integration Design, Configuration & Implementation
• Business process Integration documentation
• Technical Integration Lead & Support for the following Application Systems: Salesforce.com, Zyme System and Channel Management, Sage CRM System, e2b MRP System, Arena Product Management System.
• New ERP Integration Configurations and Data Warehousing Systems
• System and UAT Test planning and execution
Qualifications:
• Business requirement and process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong system/software development life cycle experience
• 5-10 years experience Integrating Enterprise ERP & other systems
• Experience with SaaS CRM applications Integrations (Salesforce.com)
• EAI & SaaS based integration software expertise (Boomi)
• Hands on technical configuration or development
• Application Systems Configuration and Administrative Skills
• SQL & Database expertise (MySQL, MS-SQL)
• Data Warehousing Development & Support expertise
