Jamcracker is a well established Software company in the Cloud Computing space that uniquely enables Service Providers, Telcos, Distributors and Technology Providers to quickly create and operate branded Cloud Services marketplaces to deliver SaaS, PaaS and IaaS offerings to end-customers in SMBs or Enterprises. Industry analyst Gartner refers to this category as Cloud Brokering and predicts that this segment will rapidly grow into a multi-billion market by 2015
Roles:
• Manage complex customer engagements that typically span 3 to 12 months in duration.
• Responsible for working closely with the customer to define and prioritize their needs as it relates to active projects.
• Educate the customer on the overall Jamcracker´s approach and process along with managing customer responsibilities within that approach.
• Actively set and manage customer expectations regarding the solution/services provided for active projects.
• Ensuring a consistent understanding of the scope and approach for the proposed solution across Jamcracker functional teams for active projects.
• Manage the creation, review, and delivery of customer-facing deliverables throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Interacting directly with customers across the management ranks as it relates to active projects.
• Leading detailed project teams and meetings during active projects.
• Provide technical and business leadership for customers and partners with go to market, architecture, design, installation, configuration, and implementation of Jamcracker products and technologies for active projects.
• Responsible for managing the contract and all deliverable of the contract with the customer.
• Execute projects independently and to implement high-quality technical and business solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain deep knowledge of Jamcracker solutions and related technologies
• Work closely with customers to define and prioritize their detailed business needs on active projects
• Bridge customer requirements and Jamcracker capabilities through deep understanding of the feasibility of Jamcracker solutions on active projects
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client personnel
• Draft client process flows and situation analyses to validate Jamcracker understanding of client needs for active projects
• Gather customer requirements and manage project deliverables
• Design and implement Jamcracker Marketplaces, storefronts and programs for client implementations
• Responsible for routine engagement account management duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for customer communication and management communication on customer engagements and status
• Provide 'user experience' and ´functional gap´ feedback to product management
