Position: QA Testing Manager/Lead
Pay rate: DOE
Start date: April
Duration: 8-12 months
Location: San Francisco, CA
Description:
•Hands on QA Lead.
•Work closely with Product Management, Design and Development to help build and maintain a compelling, well-designed online community.
•Help define test methodology, test plans and test cases.
•Log, review and follow up on issues in the bug tracking system.
•Act as point of contact for any outsourced QA efforts and deliverables.
•Make recommendations for QA process and best practices.
Required Skills:
•Bachelors degree with 4~8 years of relevant experience.
•Hands on experience working with complex system architecture, database applications and enterprise search.
•Experience managing, reviewing, and coordinating QA efforts with local and remote teams.
•Knowledge of web architecture and experience testing in a multi-tiered environment with regular customer releases.
•Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to interface with fast-paced development teams.
•eCommerce, community or social web experience a plus.
•Mentor junior QA team member.
