Roll Call seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to serve as first line support to CQ-Roll Call staff in response to technology needs. Provides level one and two expertise to resolve immediate issues and applies knowledge to recommend proactive measures to reduce overall impact or potential impact of future incidents.
Accountable For:
*Setup,
configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, printer, wireless, Blackberry, Smartphone, network, and telephones.
*Answer helpdesk telephone and voicemail requests, providing triage and responding as needed *Provide training and advice on use of CQ computers telephone, blackberries and other equipment as needed *Providing off-hour and shift-based technical support as needed *Provides reports as requested *Other duties as assigned
