Technical Support Engineer

A Technical Support Engineer here at Oxygen Cloud, Inc. is a true renaissance person of the client service world; skilled in advanced troubleshooting, solutions engineering, diplomacy, technical writing, training, and a multitude of geek-cred worthy competencies. These skills are combined to guarantee that our customers come away from each encounter happy and successful.

In order to thrive in this position you must be highly motivated, technical, dedicated, proactive, and truly enjoy helping people. You will coordinate with our product teams to squash anything that comes your way and you will create die-hard Oxygen fans through our support forums, company blog, ticketing system, and social media accounts.

Fast growth and advancement are possible for someone who can crush it in this role!

Responsibilities:

Provide the type of support that will garner consistent praise from our customers and your team
Ensure timely resolution to all inquires/problems and guarantee that nothing will fall through the cracks.
Infuse your work with positive energy and contagious passion
Participate regularly in proactive support initiatives (FAQs, tutorials, training videos, creative solutions, etc.)
Be a "go-to" technical resource, both internally and externally
Identify and proactively create opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and success

Requirements:

Passionate about joining a startup and building an awesome company
Obsessive about solving problems and considered "troubleshooting machine" by your peers
Excellent communication skills, friendly, and full of energy.
Understand the importance of proactive support and how to employ it on a daily basis
Prior experience troubleshooting and solving a multitude of technical problems across a variety of platforms.
