We need a hands on Architect level developer, to provide design leadership, contribute technical expertise to our Enterprise software solutions stack on top of our state of the art search engine.
Required Technical skills:
• 8+ years Java development experience
• Experience working with the Spring Framework including:
- Setting up and working with large clustered solutions supporting 99.999%.
- Understanding of both hardware and software load balancers, failover/disaster recovery solutions.
- Knowledge on how to create and debug Spring batch jobs.
- Ability to understand real world use-cases, and recommend standard design patterns commonly used in Spring-based deployments.
- Knowledge of the Spring Framework Features: – Spring MVC, Spring Integration, Spring Security, Spring caching, Spring Mobile, etc.
• Experience designing and developing Java EE applications
• Experience designing and developing JSON/RESTful web applications
• Experience designing and developing clients that consume JSON/RESTful services
• Experience with Search engine
• Ability to write unit tests using frameworks such as Junit and TestNG
• Familiarity with the Java ecosystem and enterprise offerings, including debugging and profiling tools (jconsole, visualvm, YourKit), logging and monitoring tools (log4j, JMX, Hyperic), and security offerings (Kerberos/SPNEGO, SAML).
• Proven track record of being an architect who can code
Preferred Technical Skills:
• Experience developing browser based web applications using HTML, Javascript, JQuery and CSS
