Title: Oracle Applications Track Lead (E-business)
Duration: 4-6 mos+
Location: San Diego, CA
We are looking for a Lead for our Oracle Applications projects with the following qualifications:
- At least 5 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Financials applications.
- Must have prior implementation experience with Oracle R11i for rapid implementation
- Must have broad knowledge of Plan to Build process, with deep knowledge of ASCP & MRP.
- Extremely good presentation skills
- Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to Financials implementation.
- Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record in IT Consulting / Financials architecture / solution delivery
- Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor
- Strong Ability to develop / groom a team of Consultants / Senior Consultants for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.
- Self-starter
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred from a premier institute with good academic record.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- At least 5+ years of exposure to end to end Oracle implementations
- Desirable 5~6 complete lifecycles experience in Financial projects in any industry
