We are looking for highly talented and motivated people to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for presales and implementation support of the Decisiv Email Management product for Recommind´s customers.
Professional Requirements:
Experience working and managing relationships with enterprise customers
4 + years experience implementing and supporting enterprise business systems.
Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Quickly develop a deep understanding of customer´s business and technical environment.
Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Able to travel in North America and potentially abroad
Technical Requirements
Competent in Windows environment
Solid knowledge of Windows systems and architectures, including Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, Windows Desktop OS´s, SQL, Citrix
Knowledge of document management/email management systems
Good knowledge of Java, .Net, HTTP, Jetty, XML
Nice-to-Have:
Development experience
Experience in a Law firm as either an applications manager or desktop support
Direct experience with external customers in regards to technical consulting and support pre and post sales
Familiar with Search and Archiving technology
Information Science background
