6 Months +contract
* Creates efficient and logical databases, and designs and codes superior technical solutions
* Utilizes iterative full-lifecycle development methodology, analyzes complex requirements, creates technical documentation, maintains design and programming guidelines, performs design and code reviews
* Evaluates 3rd party solutions and prepares recommendations and cost benefit analysis for their use, develops proof-of-concept prototypes, and designs and implements solutions to satisfy nonfunctional requirements such as scalability, usability, maintainability and supportability
* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
* Creates reliable project effort estimates
* Manages resources within budget and project schedule
* Reviews work of team
Communication:
* Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
* Technology:
* Understands complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs
* Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system
* Demonstrates expert knowledge of multiple structured programming languages
* Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments
7 years of experience as a lead or senior application developer, with significant experience in web application technologies.
technical skills include:
.NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Web Services, XML.
Knowledge of multiple application tiers, including user interface, business logic and database.
Knowledge of building scalable business applications upon relational databases (MS SQL Server).
Some experience leading design and development teams.

emonstrates good judgment, resourcefulness, flexibility, attention to detail, and problem solving.
Possesses sensitivity and awareness of diverse cultural perspectives and the ability to work with diverse populations.
