[KITlist-Tech] Product Marketing Manager-Desktop and Services Management (Pleasanton, CA)

This senior level Product Marketing Manager will ensure the achievement of strategic revenue objectives for the Desktop and Server Management product lines. Additionally, this role will be challenged to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans for our new strategic product offerings.
Responsibilities:

Define target market, product positioning and messaging, identifies market potential, establishes pricing and market strategies, and introduces product to the market.
Provides marketing strategy for Lead Generation, Creative Services, and Public Relations which define promotional activities.
Responsible for positioning the product and its features to the sales channel; develop the necessary white papers, and sales collateral strategy; includes demo development and sales presentations. Provides support at tradeshows and other events per marketing strategy.
Responsible for developing and executing a sales enablement strategy to ensure the world-wide sales team can articulate the value of the product to customers and prospects.
Responsible for the cross-functional product launch activities to implement the go-to market strategy. Coordinates product introduction and market exploitation with marketing and sales.
Oversees market research studies designed to identify new or emerging market for FRS products and services and to capture market data on competitor´s practices.
Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in Marketing or related field in worldwide marketing efforts
Requires 6-10 years of proven experience writing collateral for new product launches and introductions in the Desktop or Service Management space
Requires excellent evangelizing skills promoting and selling product features to new and existing customers.
Requires an understanding of feature positioning within enterprise software companies
Requires experience with technical writing which showcase effective communication, both written and verbal
Demonstrates effectiveness working cross functionally within FRS and with peers and shows proven success creating long-term relationships.
Demonstrates creative thinking and out-of-the-box solutions in prior Product Marketing assignments.
Ability to show a portfolio of writing skills in past technical assignments.
