Move is looking for a self-directed individual with strong skills in product management to join our Move Solutions and Platforms (MSP) team—the team responsible for the platform underlying REALTOR.com® and Move's network of websites. You will define and drive multiple platform initiatives, helping shape how Move's products and services are valued by partners, customers, and consumers in the real estate industry. You will work closely with technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization; identifying opportunities, driving vision, defining requirements, managing priorities, and working with platform engineers to execute on product roadmaps.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and communicate product roadmaps to ensure continued growth and competitive advantage in the marketplace
Establish, articulate, and execute product vision and business plans for multiple platform initiatives
Synthesize requirements, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into effective business cases, product specifications, and other documentation
Work in partnership with the program management office, technology teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to manage execution of new features and functionality through Move's development cycle
Define, track, and drive improvement to quality and performance metrics
Coordinate with cross functional teams to generate ideas for product solutions that will improve the value proposition for our customers and partners
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least four years of product management, program management, or related experience in a technical field
Demonstrated experience managing large datasets with responsibility for data integration, master data management, data quality, and/or data security
Knowledge of emerging data architecture principles and non-traditional databases and query processing a plus
Experience in the real estate industry a plus
Ability to travel as needed
