Move is looking for an experienced product manager to join our Move Solutions and Platforms (MSP) team—the team responsible for the platform underlying REALTOR.com® and Move's network of websites. If you have built and grown a successful API program, we have a job for you! In this role, you will help define the future of our platform. You will work closely with technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization; helping to synthesize product plans and the needs of developers into a platform roadmap, defining requirements, managing priorities, and working closely with engineering to.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and communicate product roadmaps to ensure continued growth and competitive advantage in the marketplace
Establish, articulate, and execute product vision and business plans for multiple platform initiatives
Synthesize requirements, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into effective business cases, product specifications, and other documentation
Work in partnership with the program management office, technology teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to manage execution of new features and functionality through Move's development cycle
Define, track, and drive improvement to quality and performance metrics
Coordinate with cross functional teams to generate ideas for product solutions that will improve the value proposition for our customers and partners
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
At least four years of product management, program management, or related experience
Prior experience architecting a Platform API for a large, high-availability application—either as Product Manager or Technical Lead
Knowledge of web standards, design, and data access technologies
Passion for creating simple solutions to complex problems
Experience in the real estate industry a plus
Ability to travel as needed
