The position will provide both post and pre sales support for the Inside Sales Team as well as web and phone support for clients.

Requires:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ Technical Support working with a Sales Team
• Excellent communication skills
• 2+ years Webinar Presentations
• Experience with Salesforce, Web 2.0, SaaS and basic programming experience
• Project Management experience – PMP Certification a strong plus!
• Software Sales or Project Management Sales experience also a plus
