Description
Drawing on your excellent engineering skills, your main responsibilities include requirements gathering and analysis, writing functional specification, and providing application design and design development. You will be instrumental writing forms, workflow, alerts, filters, escalations, menus, and other design components for FrontRange Solutions. We are seeking a highly technical engineer who wants to make a difference in the products they work on.
Requirements
BS or BA in Computer Science or equivalent working experience is required.
Expert level knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server, and Oracle.
Excellent business analytic and problem solving skills.
2+ years experience as application architect in Service Management or CRM system development
2+ years experience in Object Oriented Programming design & development using C# or Java
Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
Good experience with designing User Interface.
Desired Skills:
Expert knowledge in ITIL v2 or ITIL v3 is highly desirable.
Knowledge in BPEL or BPML.
Experience in enterprise application development and deployment, such as ERP
Knowledge of reporting tool such as Crystal or Microsoft SSRS
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Ajax a plus
