With FrontRange Solutions´ exciting announcement of moving into the Software as a Service (SaaS) space, we are seeking a highly successful Contract Sourcer to develop a pipeline for key roles which support our focus. You will be tasked to develop a high quality database of candidates from companies related to our current and new technology sector, as well as high potentials to support our growth model.

As a Contract Sourcer, you will need to be creative in your sourcing, using on-line databases, as well as sourcing passive candidates through cold calling, complex internet searches and research. Your skills need to include the ability to talk to potential candidates and build rapport to solicit name generation within any level of an organization.

Responsibilities:

Data-mine utilizing a number of sources i.e, LinkedIn, job boards, user groups
Network current database for referrals and follow up with candidates
Decrease cycle times for candidate identification
Ability to implement targeted souring initiatives
Partner with recruiter and hiring managers to leverage strategy
Ability to quickly understand hiring specifications in SaaS and Professional Services organizations
Highly effective in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
Requirements

3+ years of proven success sourcing experience in software-related and SaaS technology companies
Well-versed in Boolean logic, X-Ray searches and ruse techniques to locate candidates
Computer savvy and adept at using ATS systems (Jobvite desired)
Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
Prior agency experience is preferred
Exceptional team communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential to this position.
