At Docushare, we pride ourselves on the flexibility and ease-of-use of our document management software, and we're looking for a CRM technical specialist whose combination of programming, CRM administration and business process analysis will bring that same kind of flexibility and ease of use to our internal systems.
We're looking for someone who is at core a problem solver, and who wants to work in a small team where your impact is felt and where you also realize the advantages of a larger umbrella organization that offers stability and automony to the Docushare team. Our offices are located at the beautiful Xerox PARC campus in the hills of Palo Alto.

Our CRM Administrator will partner with stakeholders in sales, support, marketing and administration in order to drive efficiency and solve business problems. You'll report to the Business & Operations Manager and will manage, and enhance the NetSuite implementation within our business unit. You'll be working with functional areas to understand ongoing business processes, requirements and KPI's and translate this information into NetSuite modifications. Our NetSuite environment is used globally for sales, sales operations and customer support. We also utilize some functionality of the finance and marketing modules.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain and expand use of NetSuite within the enterprise.
•Elicit requirements using brainstorming, document analysis, interviews, observation, prototyping and workshops.
•Provide ongoing recommendations, documentation, training and updates to end users on NetSuite best practices.
•Architect and integrate IT solutions using JavaScript, SOAP Web Services and HTML.
•Work with our NetSuite deployment for configuration changes to fields, workflows (SuiteFlows), SuiteScripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
•Manage changes to both sandbox and production NetSuite environments with minimal end-user disruption. Test all upgrades. Test all modifications in Sandbox.
•Maintain all customized forms, custom code and documentation. Apply new NetSuite API functions if applicable.
•Develop, launch and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual level.
•Translate business requirements into logical, component-based designs.
•Leverage existing system functionality or build customized solutions in NetSuite and associated systems that support business solutions.
Desired Experience
•2+ plus years CRM / ERP business and systems administration experience with a mid- or large-size company. Experience with Netsuite is an advantage.
•2+ years of business analysis, application requirements gathering, designing and architecting solutions.
•5+ years professional experience. Deep and wide business experience highly valued.
•Business to Business workflows and processes improvement background.
•Strong project management track record.
•CRM projects in multi-channel and multi-national environment.
•Six Sigma a plus
•Working knowledge of JavaScript (SuiteScript), and HTML. SOAP, Web Services (SuiteTalk), NetSuite SuiteBuilder and SQL a plus
Education
•Four year college degree in Computer Science, Business or work equivalent
