Project Manager / Business Analyst needed for long term client project.

Summary:

• Hands-on Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience implementing Asset

Management processes across multiple organizations using an enterprise asset

management solution

Required Skills:

• 7 to 10 years experience in a Project Management / Business Analyst role

• Domain knowledge and experience with implementing asset management solutions

• General understanding of asset management practices including inventory audits,

capital depreciation of fixed assets, hardware/software/licensing asset types,

discovery tools, etc.

• Fluent in English with a proven ability to lead effective in-person and teleconference

meetings with a diverse audience

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to create detailed documentation covering business requirements, process

flows, system specifications, and test script scenarios / test steps

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Mac OS X

• Strong track record of gathering input from users to understand their needs and

translating into recommended solutions

• Ability to negotiate and influence users toward common policies and business

practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or participate in team meetings and workshop sessions to document

existing business practices

• Document requirements and create BRDs and Process Flow diagrams

• Define adjustments needed to existing work practices in order to utilize asset

management capabilities and best practices

• Follow up with users on their assigned tasks to ensure project progress

• Act as liaison between end users and technical teams to resolve issues as they arise

• Act as test execution lead during system implementation and assist cross-functional

team members to resolve test script issues

• Define Asset Management Governance policies to drive consistent business

practices across different organizations

• Exposure to IBM TAMIT preferred

• Proactive attitude and willingness to bring solutions to the table

• Polite presence when presenting new ideas or alternative solutions
