We are Senior Drupal Developer, who will be part of the growing and energetic team to engage in building new products and supporting existing products that are key to bringing positive social change around the world. In this role, you will participate in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of multiple S/W products. Interface directly with product owners and fellow S/W developers. Follow agile methodology to transform product vision to fruition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently design, code, test and document all components of the web based product
• Put to use your up-to-date technical knowledge involving highly scalable architecture, develop complex integrations with other systems, design & implement all front-end functionality that conforms to widely accepted web standards
• Communicate effectively with members of the organization at all levels
• Work both in Drupal 6 and Drupal 7 until all products are migrated to Drupal 7
• Mentor and develop junior developers

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 5-7 years' experience in software development and design utilizing Drupal, PHP, and MYSQL
• Battle scarred in migrating products from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7
• Working experience in Agile methodology
• 3+ years writing Drupal custom modules, extending and configuring contributed modules
• Working experience in front-end such as theming, HTML, XML, JQuery, Javascript
• LAMP stack system administration capability
• Web services experience developing in SOAP and REST
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate superior team performance
• Must have excellent communication and organization skills
• Quality conscious and passionate about making a positive impact
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
