Programmer
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer candidate with a great, upbeat
attitude who will be responsible for supporting development and maintenance
effort that includes:
• Close collaborating with client, business analyst, other team members to
gather and analyze the requirements.
• Assist with the design, documentation, development new features and
functionality.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairing existing
applications.
• Assist with the documentation as needed, including technical and functional
specifications and screen mockups.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM application development team activities, utilizing
industry standard agile development techniques.
• System fixes and enhancements, including any changes required due to State
requirements or federal legislation
• Analysis of the database and other System components to determine the impact
of system changes, report the resulting metrics, and propose any performance
tuning required
• Provide troubleshooting support
Mandatory Requirements
• Two (2) years of experience working on large-scale integration projects
involving multiple interfaces from external systems
• One (1) year of experience with each of the following technologies:
• MS Windows 2003 R2 or later version Server Enterprise Edition
• MS SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Enterprise Edition
• .Net Framework v3.5 or v4.0 using C#
• .Net Entity Framework
• One (1) year of development and troubleshooting experience with MS BizTalk
Server Enterprise Edition (v2004 or later) and with BizTalk Applications
• One (1) year of experience with JRE v1.4 or later version (both 32- and
64-bit)
• One (1) year of experience using MS Team Foundation Server
• One (1) year of experience working in the health care IT industry (e.g.,
project lead, business/technical analyst, developer, health information
specialist, etc.)
• One (1) year of configuration and troubleshooting experience with EDIFECS'
XEngine Server or other HIPAA-compliance engine
