IT Analyst needed for long term (9-12 months) project at stable / public / growing company. Pay rate negotiable DOE.
**Local candidates with Local Experience preferred.**
Job Description:
Overall:
Responsible for gathering data and requirements from the business/clients before translating and clearly documenting business requirements for IT. Discusses and presents factual information to other members of the team; may be viewed as a technical advisory resource by peers in the same organization; partners with client groups, taking on whatever role is necessary to achieve business objectives. Demonstrate and convey business justification for the systems functionality to high-level audiences. Recommends business process re-engineering when necessary. Works with team to define and document project tasks required to complete projects.
Key Deliverables:
* Data gathering and requirements analysis from the business/client. * Documents business requirements for use by IT * Recommends and ensures that proper technical alternatives have been identified * Assists Project Managers with overall project success * Works with an overview of strategic direction * Coordinates and executes plans independently * Determines alternatives/solutions that extend beyond existing boundaries * Provide leadership across client groups (cross-functional and global) * Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results * Works autonomously and checks-in as decisions are made

Business and IT Project Managers, Other Analysts and Developers, Global Development Team and his/her direct manager

Skills:

* Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills; verbal, written, and conceptual.
