As the Senior Technical Program Manager you have high level responsibility for the delivery and deployment of BI operational and advance analytical reports. Pay rate negotiable DOE.
You will lead a team of technical experts comprising of ETL leads, developers and Report authors and handle technical and project management challenges. You will also work with management and cross functional peers from small size projects to long-range projects requiring solutions. This role would support the Field Sales Operations business unit.
- Translate business requirements to determine appropriate data need and reporting solution
- Closely work with business to make sure that solutions are meeting the expectation and can scale for future needs
- Provide to management team the project status updates, recommendations and strategy planning support
Job Requirement:
- Strong knowledge and experience managing large scale enterprise data warehouse & business intelligence application
- Must have 7 years of data warehouse and BI experience in Fortune 500 companies; must have strong technical knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence architecture
- Must have business domain knowledge of Field Sales Operations, Sales Process including CRM concepts; tool experience with SalesForce and/or Siebel strongly preferred.
- Must have strong working experience of ETL tool preferably Informatica or ODI
- Must have strong working experience on BI tool preferably OBIEE (oracle business intelligence)
- Excellent Oral and communication skills -Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines -Ability to work, collaborate and lead a team to support deadlines -This individual will apply the experiences in solving problems that are unique and extremely complex given the time, budget and time constraints
- This individual must work effectively with Staff to Senior Executive level employees within the function and across functions
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience including 5-7 years of data warehouse and BI experience in a large scale enterprise data warehouse environment
-A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required; or equivalent experience
