Position: ARIS modeler

Project: PLM is a critical process and an essential component in the execution of our Global Brand Led business model – it spans Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Sourcing and Costing areas. Phase 1 will bring the product line onto the system and will be followed by additional phases for Denizen and Dockers. ARIS is a business process modeling tool and is the name of the software application that we have standardized on.
Job responsibilities:
ARIS modeler to provide ongoing support for the PLM Project with the following responsibilities:
• Create process models in ARIS for all in scope business processes for PLM Phase 1 as required
• Setup the ARIS project database for PLM: process and model architecture, ARIS group structure, user and access rights management
• Create ARIS reports: search and query, semantic checks, reports, macros as required
• Provide change management with ARIS Business Architect (management and initiation of base lining and version controlling)
• Possess full understanding and execution of database merging and consolidation, when data is to be exchanged between different databases.
• Run and evaluate semantic checks on the database model structures to ensure consistency and logical correctness of Models.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues arising when semantic checks report inconsistencies in the Modeling.
• Create and execute business requirement checks (User-defined semantic checks for validation of specific business requirements).
• Publish (when appropriate) from the ARIS environment to the Corporate Intranet or Extranet.
• Learn the modeling standards that established in the Organization, using those standards in the creation of the process models.
• Assistance with modeling queries from the user community and fielding queries to IDS Scheer helpdesk.
• Support the synchronization of ARIS, HP Quality Center and uPerform and provide resolution of issues for the same.
