Senior HR Systems Analyst needed for a client consulting opportunity.
The HRIS team is searching for a 3 + month temporary (contract) Senior HR Systems Analyst to participate on the SuccessFactors Talent Review project. We are seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented Senior Systems Analyst with SuccessFactors experience to participate in all aspects of the project including, configuration coordination with SuccessFactors, test coordination/testing, data extract/load, documentation, training, etc. Reporting to the Sr Director HR Systems (Project Manager), the Senior HR Systems Analyst will act as a key HRIS resource on the project.
Responsibilities
The Senior HR Systems Analyst may participate in any/all of the following activities:
• Develop high quality documentation throughout the project, including capturing design decisions, system configuration, processes/workflow, data extract/load procedures, etc.
• Complete hands-on system configuration (may include table data entry, forms, email templates, etc)
• Support development of the end-to-end testing strategy, identify the appropriate testers, define entry and exit criteria; write test scripts/cases
• Act as Test Manager during testing cycles including ensuring testers are prepared for the test cycle, monitor test execution, roll up and report test results, bug/issue escalation, etc.
• Design and develop end-user and systems documentation and training course materials
• May participate in the scheduling/coordination of training classes
• Recommend internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems post go-live
• Escalate any project deliverable or stakeholder issues promptly to the Project Manager, and follow issues through to resolution (including stakeholder communications as needed)
• Along with the Project Manager, co-manage the Action/Issues Tracker and follow up on overdue project deliverables
• Provide other project management support to the Project Manager as requested.
• Time permitting, provide support for other HRIS Performance & Compensation Projects
Position Requirements
• B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
• Experience in HRIS function working with ERP or niche HR systems
• Must have 2+ years SuccessFactors System Admin experience. Experience with Talent Review and 9-box experience in SuccessFactors strongly desired
• 6-8+ years of HRIS Systems experience with a focus on system implementations including testing
• Knowledge/experience with any of the following: Workday, Oracle HR/Oracle Discoverer, Excel Macros
• Experience using MS Visio software and Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Must have a positive, energetic attitude and strong desire to provide excellence in stakeholder engagement / change management
• Must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels to provide timely response to issues and questions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are a must; able to think through a challenge end-to-end to devise alternative solutions or workarounds to resolve the issue
• Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary; strong organizational skills required
• Must be a self-starter, independent, team-player, proactive
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
