Manage escalations from Client Partners
- Responsible for providing timely root cause analysis of the problems affecting Client Partners
- Ability to work in a Global Operations environment
- Provide strategic analytical support including developing and implementing management processes, metrics and reporting instruments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help solve technical issues
- Provide regular updates on critical problems impacting Client Partners
- Should be able to assist users and provide training on core applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to work closely and effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
Background of J2EE Applications, Oracle Database, Configurations Tools, ERP / CRM applications and processes.
