International Consulting Group Marketing (www.icgmarcom.com), located in Silicon Valley, is seeking a well-qualified Product Manager for our rapidly growing high tech client. The Product Manager will drive new product development, successfully grow the product portfolio, and own the overall product strategy.
The ideal candidate will have best of breed credentials and a highly successful track record. Successful background must include owning individual product lines and core components of the business and architecture. This opportunity requires someone who can work autonomously with minimal supervision but can also work effectively with others in a collaborative team environment.

Location: Onsite at Client H.Q. – San Francisco.
Fulltime Employee Compensation: Competitive salary, pre-IPO stock options, and benefits. Depending on experience.
MUST HAVE:
• 6-10 years of impressive B2B and/or B2C web-based technology, product management track record.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning on through to hands-on tactical execution.
• Proficient at using Agile to develop web-based products and practiced at applying SCRUM and iterative development.
• Astute with B2B/B2C e-commerce business models and vertical market strategies.
• Excellent capabilities for mastering in-depth understanding of evolving markets, market validation and product discovery.
• Exceptional analytical abilities for synthesizing channel feedback, usage data, and dynamic market factors to build an operational product plan.
• Capability to work with executives, business development, channel partners, and engineering to drive product road maps and product launches.
• Background building prototypes and mock-ups from product requirements definition/documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
STRONGLY PREFER:
• Experience with innovative web-based platforms.
• Experience targeting one or more of the following verticals; agriculture, airlines, energy, public works, outdoor leisure, outdoor sports, and travel.
• B2B/B2C channel partners expertise, ideally with intermediary brokers/agents or airline/travel partners.
• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or other technical degree, MBA a plus.
