Tasks to be Performed

The successful candidate  would be required to perform the for the following activities:

- Review customer bugs and route them to the proper engineering component

- Ensure feedback from customers is actionable by engineering

- Follow up with customers for additional information on specific types of bugs

- Analyze feedback and report on trends observed in issues reported by customers

The person would also help monitor our client´s private discussions, coaching customers to submit bugs and bringing import issues to the attention of others on the team

Skills Required

- Software development experience or  a QA background

- BS or BA degree

- Familiar with testing Beta software

- Customer communication experience

- Familiarity with Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server
