Job: 1368 - Software Engineer
Candidate must have:
- knowledge about real time OS.
- knowledge about C/C++, and object oriented design concepts
- knowledge about Multi-Threading.
- Knowledge of software development cycle
- Previous embedded development experience
- Good communication and documentation skill
- Good at multitasking
Strongly required:
- Previous experience with one or more CPU architecture – ARM, PPC, 8051
- Exposure to assembly level programming
- Previous device driver development experience, ideally i2C, SPI, UART, MAC, etc.
- Comfortable with using logic analyzer , protocol analyzer, oscilloscope or other tools to debug low level or hw related issue
- Comfortable with reading HW datasheet
- HTML, JavaScript
- SNMP V1/2/3
- Understanding of video/audio compression technologies (e.g MPEG)
- HFC knowledge highly preferred.
Education:
- B.S or MS in CS or CE
- 5+ years of experience
