My Internet Marketing firm is consulting for a company to redesign their entire online marketing strategy, website and content.
This company is an e-commerce company based entirely off of NetSuite.
We will be completely revamping their home page, their product pages, category pages, etc., with brand new templates that are both user and SEO friendly, and require the necessary guidance and expertise of a Netsuite expert to help us through the process and install our html and CSS designs throughout their website on a test site while maintaining their live site with an eventual transfer over.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include:
- Making all pages, categories, and META tags, SEO friendly per our instructions (we´ll handle the content, and putting the content within the pages, we would need your help formatting it with the necessary tags, etc. so that when my team goes in, all we do is populate the pages with our data, and the Netsuite template puts everything where it belongs).
- Adding custom fields and options within category and product pages to match our desired look and feel (such as comments, etc.)
- Creating an Auto-Responder email/follow up campaign via our input to do what we want in terms of CRM, order follow up, etc.
- Redesigning the checkout process to be more fluid and easy for the customer per our instructions
- Streamlining product, category and other updates per our instructions
- Making the website SEO friendly via a dynamic Sitemap generation (or ensuring that the sitemap we are using works), file name extensions, headers, and other tags that are updated dynamically, and installing Google Analytics and other features.
- Helping us install social media where applicable (Facebook Like icons, etc.) as well as a blog using WP (we´ll handle the installation, but want to make sure it works well for the entire site, etc.)
- And other tasks relating to the website redesign that we´ll be implementing for this client on a potentially ongoing basis and things that will inevitably come up while we are working on this project.
We are looking for someone who is an EXPERT with the Netsuite interface, coding where necessary and making our outside work well with the underlying databas all the while not disrupting the current live website.
This means we are looking for someone who knows Netsuite like the back of their hand and won´t waste our valuable resources learning on the job, but instead get the work done that we need done ASAP.
This is an hourly position, and there is a great potential that we will keep you on board for future updates and maintenance should your work prove to be stellar.
