Lab126 develops innovative consumer-centric product solutions. We are looking for a strategic IT Manager with experience in multiple disciplines that can define scalable solutions to support our rapid growth in the areas of information systems, telecom, networking, security, and end-user support. The Senior Manager - IT is responsible for leading our IT team, scaling IT infrastructure, continuous process improvement, planning, executing and delivering IT solutions for the organization.
The Role:
Lead and develop a team of systems administrators and support personnel.
Drive continuous improvement in IT process efficiency and policy.
Regularly seek and embrace customer feedback.
Develop vision, strategies and roadmaps to support the goals of the business, and execute to plan.
Deliver scalable IT solutions while identifying and mitigating areas of risk to the business.
Define appropriate metrics to demonstrate achievement of desired business outcomes.
Basic QUalifications:
7+ years of experience in IT management in a high-growth environment.
Experience managing all aspects of Information Technology, including client & server infrastructure, security, telecom, networking and end-user support.
Proven ability to work with and effectively influence all levels of the organization.
Superior technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with people.
Strong technical expertise and knowledge of industry best practices.
Bachelor´s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Quailications:
Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
History of supporting Linux/Unix, Windows Server, corporate networks and telecom infrastructure as an individual contributor.
CISSP, CCSP certified.
