Global Logistics Manager:
- Assume a leadership role to facilitate, manage, control and expedite the efficient/effective movement of goods in Harmonic's supply chain, outbound fulfillment and reverse logistics flows.
- Operationally manage/influence freight spend of over $7M, efficiencies in the supply chain and remanufacturing/resell requirements for reverse logistics material.
- Understand customer and business requirements. Frequently interacts across multiple internal and external functions to accomplish company goals.
Required Job Skills:
- Strong organizational and change management skills; ability to work with within dynamic and fast pace environments;
- Excellent data modeling, analytical and problem solving abilities. Cross-functional and interpersonal skills which allow for collaborative success.
- Understanding of demand and supply planning, processing
- Experience with Customs import/export compliance.
Years of Direct Experience Required: 5
Areas of Direct Experience:
- Experience with a global company, global supply chain logistics, manufacturing and logistics partnering, reverse logistics processing and order fulfillment System experience - SAP/Oracle/JDE.
Educational Requirements:
University degree or equivalent experience.
