DESCRIPTION
This position is located within the Operations organization at Vigilent, where you’ll be a key contributor building a world-class customer service and technical support organization. This role will focus on providing direct management of the team delivering exceptional-quality customer support for Vigilent energy management systems installed at leading data centers, telco central offices and commercial buildings.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and managing the procedures and processes for the day-to-day operations of the support organizations, including design and implementation of tools such as web-based customer self-service, case submission, knowledge base, FAQs and other CS-related information. You will interface with every group within the company, as well as external customers.
The position is based in our El Cerrito office, with minimal travel required.
