DESCRIPTION
This position is located within the Control Systems Engineering group at Vigilent. You’ll be a key contributor to our core technology team, developing the next generation of advanced MIMO control, optimization and diagnostics control technologies, which deliver the core technology of our advanced energy management systems for data centers and telecommunications facilities. Expect a fast-paced environment, with an opportunity to make key contributions and inventions that advance the state of the art in energy management and dynamic cooling control.
Your role will focus on designing and implementing control, optimization and simulation technologies that are the basis for our proprietary control systems. You will be part of a tight-knit team of engineers and scientists working in a fast-paced environment, with an opportunity to make key contributions and inventions that advance the state of the art in energy management and dynamic cooling control.
You will have responsibility for design and implementation, with end-to-end responsibilities for developing and maintaining our technology base, including real-world testing of new algorithms and simulations in the field. You will interface with algorithms designers in the Core Technologies team, Applications Engineering, Quality Assurance and Product Marketing.
The position is based in our El Cerrito office.
