SnapLogic is seeking a talented, technical Product Marketing Manager. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to SnapLogic's thought leadership in application and data integration. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with a proven ability to communicate both internally and externally.

The incumbent will help craft messaging and positioning, contribute to product launches and enable the sales organization with competitive intelligence. The person in this role will provide content and create sales enablement tools and resources including data sheets, presentations and demos. The ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business benefits is crucial.

SnapLogic is headquartered in downtown San Mateo, CA and is expanding globally. Candidates who can work from headquarters are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Market intelligence – be an expert on key buyer personas and data and application integration technology trends

Competitive intelligence - be an expert on the competition and how to beat them

Product – collaborate with product management on product roadmap and prioritization

Sales and partner enablement – communicate the value of SnapLogic to sales teams and partners and develop the sales tools that support the selling process

Content creation – collaborate with sales, sales development, and lead generation teams to prioritize and create effective, compelling content

Approx. 20% travel

Desired Experience:

3-5 years of experience in B2B technical product marketing, product management or pre-sales solution engineering, preferably with a SaaS company

Technical knowledge of enterprise application integration (EAI), ETL, and cloud applications, as well as NoSQL and other analytical database platforms

Understanding of big data frameworks and related technologies including Spark and Hadoop is a bonus

Strong oral, written and visual communication skills

Thorough familiarity with enterprise technology sales processes

Relocation not provided

Technical bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
